Air Fryer Homemade Stuffed Mini Bagels
Copycat Dunkin Donuts Bagel Bites are easy to make and a great way to start off your day or enjoy as a snack. These cream cheese filled bagels don't disappoint.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon everything Bagel seasoning
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 6 ounces cream cheese cold
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon water
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees.
- Mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Work in sour cream until dough forms.
- Cut cream cheese into 8 equal pieces.
- Divide dough into 8 equal pieces and roll into balls with floured hands.
- Using your hands, make a space in the center of each dough ball, place cream cheese piece inside, then close dough around cream cheese and roll into smooth ball.
- Whisk water and egg together in small bowl.
- Brush each dough ball with egg wash, optional - then sprinkle seasoning on top.
- Line air fryer basket with parchment paper liner for easy cleanup.
- Place dough balls gently into air fryer basket and cook for 8-9 minutes or until beginning to brown.
