Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussel sprouts (approximately 450g)
- 2 tablespoon neutral cooking oil
- ½ teaspoon salt (use more or less, to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon honey

- Trim the ends, remove outer leaves, rinse thoroughly, and pat dry. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half.
- Set the air fryer to 190°C (375°F) and preheat for 5 minutes.
- Add the sprouts into a bowl. Add cooking oil, salt, and pepper and half the balsamic vinegar,. Toss the sprouts to coat evenly.
- Place the sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even browning.
- Halfway through cooking, drizzle the remaining balsamic vinegar and honey over the sprouts, then carefully shake the basket again.
- Once done, transfer the sprouts to a bowl. If desired, drizzle with more honey before serving.
