Honey Chipotle BBQ Chicken Recipe Ingredients:
- 3 large chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 6 Tbsp BBQ Chipotle Sauce
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- In your air fryer cake pan mix together your honey and barbecue chipotle sauce until you have a thick and sticky marinade.
- Season your chicken breasts in salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade in the cake pan and make sure they are well coated and submerged.
- Place the cake pan into the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes at 160c/320f.
- After 15 minutes using a spoon sauce the top of the chicken and cook at the same temperature for a further 10 minutes.

Notes
- We used this brand of chipotle sauce as well as this brand of honey. They are both amazing and make the honey chipotle chicken taste so good!
- I call this my self saucing honey chipotle sauce because the sauce doesn’t burn at the bottom of the cake pan and you can use a spoon to add a sticky glaze at the end of cooking to give it the best flavour. It also stops it from getting dry.
