Ingredients

  • 5 large jalapeno pepper cut in half and seeds removed
For the filling:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (I used ⅓ less fat)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic or ½ teaspoon garlic powder, minced
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese extra sharp, finely grated
  • ¼ cup Monterey jack cheese finely grated
For topping, optional
  • 2 TBS Bacon cooked crumbled
  • 2 TBS green onions
