- 5 large jalapeños, cut in half and seeds removed
For the filling:
- 8 ounces cream cheese (I used ⅓ less fat)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic (or ½ teaspoon garlic powder)
- ¼ cup finely grated extra sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup finely grated monterey jack cheese
For topping, optional
- 2 TBS Cooked crumbled bacon
- 2 TBS green onions
