Air-Fryer Lamb Chops
An easy recipe that produces tender and juicy lamb chops in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 4 lamb chops about 1 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon rosemary dried
- 1 teaspoon thyme dried
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the lamb chops evenly with this mixture.
- Place the lamb chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F for medium-rare.
