Air Fryer Lamb Chops
We LOVE air fryer lamb chops when we want a delicious, high-protein dinner in minutes. The lamb chops turn out perfectly juicy, every time!
Ingredients
- 1½ lb (750-800g) lamb chops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp oregano dried
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Marinate the lamb chops by stirring together the spices, olive oil and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Place the lamb chops in a suitable dish then pour over the marinade, cover and allow to marinade for at least 10 minutes but up to 24 hours in the fridge.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F/205°C.
- Transfer the marinated lamb chops to the air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Turn the lamb chops with the fat cap facing up ( I stand them up, leaning them against each other) then air fry for another 3-4 minutes until the fat is crisp and golden brown. Cooking time will differ depending on the thickness of the chops.
- Remove from the air fryer then serve garnished with chopped parsley and lemon to taste.
