Ingredients

  • 6 lasagna noodles pre-cooked
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup pasta sauce
  • 3 Mozzarella cheese sticks cut in half

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Spread the pre-cooked lasagna noodles out on a flat surface, such as a clean countertop or a cutting board.
  3. Coat each noodle with a thin layer of ricotta cheese.
  4. Spread tomato sauce onto the top of the ricotta cheese layer.
  5. Place half of a cheese stick in the middle of each.
  6. Gently roll up the noodles up and place the roll-ups into you prepared pan and cook for 10-12 minutes.
