Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pound of chicken wings tips removed and wings separated
  • 1 tablespoon of homemade or store-bought Lemon Pepper seasoning
  • fresh lemon zest optional
  • cooking spray olive oil or avocado oil preferred

  1. Begin by preheating your air fryer to 380°F for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, toss the chicken wings with the Lemon Pepper seasoning until they're evenly coated. You can also grate some fresh lemon zest over the wings.
  3. Coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Arrange the wings in a single layer. Cook them at 380°F for 10 minutes, then flip the wings and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. The wings should be golden brown and crispy on the outside.
