Air Fryer Lemongrass Pork
This pork steak recipes marinated with lemongrass and seasoning is ready in no time!
Ingredients
- 2 pork steak boneless, with excess fat removed
- 1 tablespoon lemongrass chopped
- 1 tablespoon neutral cooking oil generic cooking oil
- garlic salt
- green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380 degress F / 193 degress C.
- Finely chop the lemongrass and add it to a small bowl. Mix with oil and garlic salt.
- Spread the lemongrass mixture over the pork steaks.
- Place the pork steak inside the air fryer basket and cook for 7-12 minutes, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F / 66 degrees C.
Notes
- Use boneless pork steak and remove any visible fat for a lean serving of protein.
- If needed, use fresh cilantro and ginger instead of lemongrass. You can also add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for a citrus flavor burst.
- Cooking time depends on the size and thickness of the pork steak, so check and adjust accordingly.
- Use a meat thermometer to check the pork. To be considered done and safe to eat, the internal temperature of pork should reach 145 degrees F / 66 degrees C.
