Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef lean
- 1/2 cup onion grated
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well-mixed. Mixing together with your hands works great.
- Form into balls using your hands or a small cookie dough scoop. You want them to be slightly smaller than a golf ball.
- Spray the bottom of the air fryer with cooking spray. Place single layer of meatballs in the air fryer, you don't want them to be touching too much.
- Cook at 375℉ for 6 minutes, shake the basket, then cook for 4 more minutes until meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve alone, combined with sauce over noodles or in meatball subs.
