  • 1 lb ground beef lean
  • ¾ lb Italian ground sausage
  • ½ cup breadcrumb plain or panko
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon basil dried
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano dried
  • ¼ teaspoon thyme dried
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped, plus more for garnish, fresh
