Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ pound Pork Sausage or Ground Turkey
- ¾ cup oats quick-cooking
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons onions finely chopped
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined, let rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll either 1-inch or 2-inch sized meatballs, depending on how you want to serve them, and place in a single layer in the air fryer, without them touching. Do so in batches if necessary.
- Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes.
- Cook meatballs at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes for 1-inch meatballs and 15 minutes for 2-inch meatballs, shake basket every 5 minutes for even cooking. Cook times can vary some, I recommend checking at 8 and 12 minutes respectively.
