Ingredients

  • 1 pound okra
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Wash the okra and slice it half lengthwise.
  2. Drizzle it with the oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Add the cornstarch and toss to mix.
  3. Put the okra in the air fryer basket and air fry at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, pull the basket out and shake it to redistribute the okra.
