- 1/2 cup peanut butter cream or chunky
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- Mix your flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Add your dry ingredients to your wet ingredients and mix.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F.
- Shape the dough into 2 inch balls and place them 3 inches apart on a piece of parchment paper. Dip a fork in sugar and press in a crisscross pattern on each ball to flatten it to about 2 inches.
- Put the cookies (and the parchment paper) in the preheated air fryer. Bake for 8 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove the cookies to a cooling rack.

Notes
- Leave enough space between each cookie so they can spread out and cook evenly. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you will need to work in batches.
- Every air fryer is different, so keep an eye on your cookies towards the end of the cooking time.
- You can bake these cookies in a regular oven at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
- You can substitute almond butter or any other nut butter you like. However, it may change the flavor and texture slightly.
