Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
Instructions
- Cut 4 Bell peppers open and remove the stem and seeds. Slice into strips.
- Put the strips into a mixing bowl with 1 tablespoon Olive oil, 1 pinch Sea salt and 1 pinch Ground black pepper. Mix well to coat the peppers.
- Cook at 200°C/400°F for 12 minutes, shaking half way through cooking.

Notes
- When preparing the bell peppers, use a sharp knife to de-seed and remove the membrane part.
- Your air fryer might need pre-heating before using, so make sure you check your manual as every air fryer is different.
- Make sure you shake the basket halfway through cooking.
- Don't overload your air fryer basket, as you want enough air to circulate so they get nice and crispy and don't just steam and get soggy.
