Ingredients

  • 2 lb pork belly
  • 1/2 tbsp salt adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper adjust to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut pork belly into 2 inch pieces. Season them generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Place pork belly in one layer in an air fryer basket.
  3. Air Fry at 400°F for 20 minutes, turn them every 5-7 minutes to ensure that all the sides are evenly cooked.
