Ingredients

  • 2 Bone Thick Cut Pork Chops
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the pork chops. In a small bowl add the brown sugar, chili powder, paprika, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Rub on the pork chops.
  2. In the basket of your air fryer add pork chops. Turn the air fryer to 400 degrees and cook for 10 minutes. Then flip the pork chops and cook for an additional 5-7 or until no longer pink.
