Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin
This Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin is as simple as it gets. Beautifully seasoned, perfectly juicy, and a dinner winner every time!
Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt sea salt
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar or brown sugar
Instructions
- Trim any silver skin or excess fat from the tenderloin. Pat the pork dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear, then rub olive oil over pork to help the seasoning stick.
- Mix all the seasonings in a bowl and pack onto the pork (you may have a little leftover).
- Cook at 400°F in your air fryer for 12 mins. Flip and cook for another 10 to 12 mins, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest section reads an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Let the tenderloin rest for 10 minutes before slicing and enjoying.
