Ingredients
- 4 portobello mushrooms
- 2½ tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ⅛-¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- Oil spray
- parsley optional garnish
Instructions
- Combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the portobello mushrooms, one at a time, to the mixture and toss to coat. A brush is helpful to get the mixture all over the mushrooms.
- Spray some oil into the air fryer basket and place the portobello mushroom caps gill-side up into the air fryer. Feel free to spoon a bit of the leftover sauce into the gills (but not too much, or it’ll be salty!).
- Air fry for 10 minutes at 400F.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve.
