Ingredients
- 750 g white potatoes
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 Tsp sweet paprika
- salt & pepper

Instructions
- Clean your potatoes and slice your potatoes into wedges.
- Load the wedges into a bowl and add your seasonings and your extra virgin olive oil. Mix with your hands until well coated.,
- Then place the wedges into the air fryer basket and air fry for 15 minutes at 180c/360f.
- Do the fork test and if fork tender, increase the temperature to 200c/400f and cook for a further 7 minutes.
- Serve with your favourite sauce.

Notes
- Seasoning. You can mix and match with your favourite seasoning. Cajun, Fajitas, a barbecue rub etc all work well.
