Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 2 russet potato washed, not peeled, cut into wedges
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese for garnishing, freshly shredded
  • 1/4 cup parsley for garnishing, freshly chopped

Instructions

  1. Place all potato wedges in a large bowl of cold water. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. 
  2. When chill time is complete, pour olive oil and all seasonings into a large gallon sized Ziploc bag. Place potato wedges in the bag and shake to coat the wedges entirely. 
  3. Place the wedges inside the air fryer. If  they are touching one another, that’s okay. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. 
  4. When cooking time is complete, remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with fresh parmesan cheese and parsley. 

Notes

  • When slicing your potato wedges, try to keep the size & thickness consistent. This will ensure all of your potatoes are cooked equally. 
  • For more of a kick, add an extra ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper and dip with a Sriracha Ketchup sauce. 
  • Pairs great steak and vegetables.
  • Dips great in ketchup, ranch, and hot sauce!
