Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 1 large russet potato (about 330 grams)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 plus 1/8 teaspoon salt sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Wash and dry the potato. Slice it in half and then into wedges. Dry the wedges off with a paper towel.
  2. Place the wedges in a bowl and toss with the oil.
  3. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and add to the potatoes, tossing to coat well.
  4. Place the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer and cook at 400°F until crispy and golden brown, about 20 mins.
  5. DEVOUR!
