These air fryer potato wedges are perfectly crispy on the outside, but still light and fluffy on the inside. No need to buy frozen potato wedges again!

Ingredients
- 500 g potato
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic granules
- 2 pinch sea salt and ground black pepper
Instructions
- Cut 500 g Potato into wedges.
- Add the wedges to a bowl with 1 tablespoon Olive oil, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon Garlic granules and 2 pinch Sea salt and ground black pepper. Mix well so that all the wedges are coated.
- Arrange a single layer of wedges, skin side down, in the bottom of the air fryer basket. Place the remaining wedges on top.
- Cook at 180°C/350℉ for 25 minutes, shaking the basket twice during cooking.

Notes
- When mixing the oil and seasoning into the potatoes, use your hands to get everything more evenly distributed.
- Make sure you don't overload your air fryer. It is fine to layer and stack them, but don't exceed the maximum capacity of your air fryer. You can always cook them in batches.
- Try to cut your wedges as evenly as possible to ensure they all cook at the same rate.
