Air Fryer Potatoes and Carrots

You can never go wrong with these air fryer potatoes and carrots when looking for a healthy and yummy side or snack to go!! The air fryer is the best way to make veggies in a healthy way when a food craving hits!!

Ingredients

  • 450 g potatoes
  • 120 g carrots
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Herbs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • few cilantro leaves for garnishing

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Cut vegetables into small thin sizes after washing them.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well
  3. Place these seasoned veggies in the air fryer. Air fry them for 20 minutes at 200°C.
  4. Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley leaves.
  5. Serve healthy crispy air fried potatoes and carrot. Enjoy!!
