Delicious and perfectly crispy air fryer pumpkin seeds. Just like roasted pumpkin seeds but without all the calories and easy to mix and match with favourite seasonings.

Ingredients
- 240 ml pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tsp cumin
- 1 Tsp mixed spice
- 1 Tsp sweet paprika
- salt & pepper

Instructions
- Load into a bowl all your ingredients.
- Mix well with your hands until all the pumpkin seeds are well coated.
- Load into the air fryer basket and make sure they are spread out for an even air fry.
- Then cook for 5 minutes at 180c/360f.

Notes
- Bottom. Note that some of your air fryer pumpkin seeds will fall into the bottom of the air fryer basket. This is fine and you can eat these too.
- Portion. I find that 1 cup (240ml) makes the perfect portion size for the air fryer, without the air fryer been overloaded.
