Delicious air fryer Pumpkin. Let me show you how to roast pumpkin cubes in the air fryer. A fantastic seasonal treat and makes an amazing healthier alternative to roast potatoes.

Ingredients
- 750 g cubed pumpkin
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- salt & pepper
- extra virgin olive oil spray

Instructions
- Peel and dice your pumpkin if you have not done so already.
- Then load into a bowl your pumpkin, seasoning and extra virgin olive oil. Mix well with your hands.
- Load the pumpkin into the air fryer basket and air fry for 12 minutes at 180c/360f.
- Then shake the pumpkin cubes and spray with extra virgin olive oil. Cook for a further 5 minutes at 200c/400f before serving.
