Air Fryer Ranch Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 4 tablespoons butter softened
  • 2 teaspoons ranch seasoning see notes

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and season them with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and ranch seasoning.
  3. Lift the skin off the top of the chicken thigh and stuff about 2 teaspoons of the butter mixture under the skin of each thigh. Then, use the remaining butter mixture to spread over the top of each chicken thigh.
  4. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with olive oil spray and add the chicken thighs, skin side up.
  5. Cook at 400℉ until golden brown; about 14-16 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165℉ internally.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Note: If you don’t have ranch seasoning, you can use 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley, 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon dried dill, and 1/4 teaspoon celery salt.
