Air Fryer Ranch Chicken

Tender chicken breasts coated in a golden coating of cornflakes, Parmesan cheese, and zesty ranch flavoring.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 5 ounces, each)
  • 1/4 cup salted butter, melted
  • 2 Tablespoons ranch dressing seasoning mix
  • 3/4 cup crushed corn flakes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375° degrees F. Grease the tray of the air fryer with cooking spray.
  2. Combine the ranch seasoning mix, the crushed corn flakes and Parmesan cheese in a medium bowl. Stir well to combine.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the melted butter, and then place in the corn flake mixture. Toss the chicken in the mixture to coat the chicken.
  4. Once all chicken has been coated, sprinkle any remaining seasoning mixture on top of each chicken breast.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer. Air fry for 10 minutes, then carefully flip the chicken to the other side and cook another 8 minutes, or until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165 degrees F.
  6. Carefully remove chicken from air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
