Air Fryer Red Potatoes
These delicious, air fryer red potatoes, will become your new roast potato favourite. They are easy prep, quick cooking and have an amazing crispy skin.
Ingredients
- 1 kg potato medium or small, red
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tsp oregano dried
- salt
- black pepper

Instructions
- Scrub the potatoes and remove any eyes if needed. Then chop the medium red potatoes into quarters, or if making small red potatoes in air fryer, then keep them as they are.
- Place the red potatoes into a bowl with the oil and seasonings and mix well with your hands.
- Then place the red potatoes into the air fryer and spread them out. Air fry red potatoes for 20 minutes at 160c/320f or until fork tender.
- Shake the red potatoes and then carry on air frying red potatoes for a final 5 minutes at 200c/400f before serving.
Notes
- Mix and Match. We love that you can make red potatoes in the air fryer with either small (baby potato size) or do medium potatoes and cut them into smaller sizes. Simply adjust this red potatoes air fryer recipe for what you have in.
