Ingredients

  • 2 oz 1 inch thick ribeye steak
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
Garlic Butter Ingredients
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 sprig thyme minced
  • 1 sprig rosemary minced
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Gather the ingredients needed for this recipe.
  2. Mix in garlic butter ingredients and set aside.
  3. Preheat the airfryer for 5 minutes at 400°.
  4. Season the steak and place in the hot air fryer basket.
  5. Set the air fryer for 400° and cook for 2-4 minutes per side for rare, 4-6 minutes per side for medium rare, 6-9 minutes for medium.
  6. Remove steak from the air fryer.
  7. Allow the steak to rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Add your favorite side dish
  9. Serve and enjoy.
