Ingredients
- 2 ribeye steak 1" thick, plural
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground
- blue cheese
- butter
Instructions
- Heat air fryer to 400 degrees.
- Season steak with salt and pepper
- Cook for 6 minutes.
- Flip steak, cook and additional 6 minutes.
- If not done enough for you, cook 1 additional minute.
