Air Fryer Roast Chicken

This air fryer roast chicken was finished in 30 minutes and I didn't have to heat up the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole 3-4 pound chicken
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 lemon, cut in half

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Rub the outside of the chicken with oil and salt, and stuff with the lemon halves. 
  2. Place the chicken in the air fryer and cook at 350F degrees for 30 minutes. 
  3. Allow chicken to rest 10 minutes before carving.
