Ingredients

Kitchen Gadgets:
  • Air Fryer
Air Fryer Oranges Ingredients:
  • 2 medium oranges
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tsp cinnamon
  • extra virgin olive oil spray

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Slice your two oranges in half to make four half oranges.
  2. Sprinkle an even coating of cinnamon between the four orange halves. Then drizzle the top of your orange halves with honey, place in the air fryer and cook for 8 minutes at 180c/360f.
  3. When the air fryer beeps spray with extra virgin olive oil spray and cook for a further 5 minutes at 200c/400f.

Notes

  • Swaps. If you don’t like honey, then you can swap it for maple syrup, though it will not blacken as well without honey.
  • Chilled. Make sure your oranges are chilled before you slice them as they cook better chilled and are easier to slice.
