Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons fresh Rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Toss all ingredients together.
  4. Cook potatoes 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.

Notes

  • Allow the air fryer to pre-heat before adding potatoes. This helps make them extra crispy.
  • Be sure the potatoes are patted dry so the seasonings stick to the potatoes and the crisp instead of steam!
