Ingredients
- 1/2 pound sugar snap pea or snow peas 2 cups
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds optional
Instructions
- Wash the peas. If you prefer you can cut the tips off. Remove the strings by peeling them with your fingers.
- Put them in a bowl and drizzle them with oil and sprinkle on the salt.
- Spread them out in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 380 degrees F for 7 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.

Notes
- This recipe works with snow peas too, they have identical cooking instructions.
- You can substitute olive oil or add more spices such as black pepper or garlic powder.
