Air Fryer Roasted Snap Peas (or Snow Peas)

Air fryer snap peas are a quick, easy and healthy side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound sugar snap pea or snow peas 2 cups
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds optional

Instructions

  1. Wash the peas. If you prefer you can cut the tips off. Remove the strings by peeling them with your fingers.
  2. Put them in a bowl and drizzle them with oil and sprinkle on the salt.
  3. Spread them out in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 380 degrees F for 7 minutes. 
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.

Notes

  • This recipe works with snow peas too, they have identical cooking instructions.
  • You can substitute olive oil or add more spices such as black pepper or garlic powder.
