Air Fryer Salmon

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces salmon wild caught, two 4-ounce fillets
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt to taste, sea salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400℉. Rub salmon with olive oil and sprinkle over a pinch of sea salt.
  2. Place salmon in mesh basket of air fryer and cook until an instant read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the fillet reads 120℉, about 6 to 8 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon.
  3. Remove from air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
