- 4 salmon skin removed and cut into bite sized pieces, filets
Marinade:
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- ⅓ cup soy sauce reduced-sodium
- 1 knob ginger minced (about ½ TBS minced, fresh
- ½ teaspoon sriracha
For glaze:
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- ¼ cup water
