Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillets skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine the salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, kosher salt, and black pepper. Toss to evenly coat the salmon.
  3. Place the seasoned salmon cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
