Ingredients
- 500 g Batch Air Fryer Pie Crust
- 1 Thick Sausage
- 200 g baked beans
- 50 g grated cheddar cheese
- Egg wash optional
Kitchen Gadgets
- Philips Air Fryer
- Pasty Maker
Instructions
- Firstly, make ahead your pastry. If you are doing this several hours before eating, then you can wrap it in cling film/plastic wrap and store it into the fridge for later.
- Slice the sausage into small pieces and air fry for 8 minutes at 180c/360f and then place into a bowl.
- Also add to the bowl the baked beans and cheese and mix well with a fork.
- Roll out the pastry on a clean worktop making sure your worktop is nicely floured. Then also flour the rolling pin. Once rolled use your pasty maker to create 4 rounds, rolling the pastry again if needed.
- Then place (one at a time) the pastry rounds into the pasty maker, and push down to expand if not at the edges.
- Then fill ½ of one side with the filling and then press down the pasty maker until you have the perfect shape, adding egg wash at the edges if needed.
- Then place the pasties (two at a time) onto a layer of foil into the air fryer basket and brush with egg wash.
- Air fry the sausage cheese and bean melt for 8 minutes at 180c/360f and then brush with egg wash again and then air fry for a further 4 minutes at 200c/400f before serving.

Notes
- Leftovers. I always end up with leftover beans mix, when I do I use them on some Ninja Foodi Jacket Potatoes.
