Air Fryer Scallops

Made in less than 10 minutes, these Air Fryer Scallops come together easily and quickly. Perfectly cooked, you’ll enjoy these juicy and tender scallops in no time!

Ingredients

  • 12 to 15 scallops or less if larger
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 Lemon wedge optional

Instructions

  1. Pat dry the scallops and season with salt and pepper all over.
  2. Spray the inside of air fryer basket with cooking oil and place scallops inside inside of the air fryer basket.
  3. Cook at 400°F for 4 to 5 minutes. Cook 5 to 6 minutes for larger scallops.
  4. Serve scallops with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
