Ingredients
- 12 to 15 scallops or less if larger
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 Lemon wedge optional
Instructions
- Pat dry the scallops and season with salt and pepper all over.
- Spray the inside of air fryer basket with cooking oil and place scallops inside inside of the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 400°F for 4 to 5 minutes. Cook 5 to 6 minutes for larger scallops.
- Serve scallops with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
