Air Fryer Shishito Peppers

Air frying shishito peppers creates a lightly charred and tender snack with a mild, slightly sweet pepper flavor and occasional heat. Spritzed with olive oil and cooked at high temperature, the peppers blister and soften within minutes. Finished with kosher salt and fresh lemon juice, this preparation highlights the peppers' bright, smoky notes. It is a convenient way to enjoy shishito peppers with minimal effort and no added heaviness.
