Air Fryer Shrimp
This air fryer shrimp is tender, delicious, and so easy to make! With only a few ingredients, the marinated shrimp cooks to perfection and has the best flavor!
Ingredients
- 1 pound Shrimp peeled and deveined, large or jump
- salt
- black pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Peel and devein 1 pound large or jump shrimp, and leave the tails on if you prefer. salt and pepper the shrimp.
- In a medium-sized bowl, add 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 3 garlic cloves minced, 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon dijon mustard, and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. Whisk to combine.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and allow it to marinate for at least one hour or overnight.
- Remove the shrimp from the marinade and place it in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400 degrees for 8 minutes or until pink and cooked throughout.
