Air Fryer Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large or jump shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  1. Peel and devein 1 pound large or jump shrimp, and leave the tails on if you prefer. salt and pepper the shrimp.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, add 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 3 garlic cloves minced, 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon dijon mustard, and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. Whisk to combine.
  3. Add the shrimp to the marinade and allow it to marinate for at least one hour or overnight.
  4. Remove the shrimp from the marinade and place it in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400 degrees for 8 minutes or until pink and cooked throughout.
