Air Fryer Shrimp Fajitas. Let me introduce you to my favourite light lunch in the air fryer, aka air fryer shrimp fajitas. They are fast to prep, they cook fast, and best of all they taste delicious.

Ingredients

Kitchen Gadgets:
  • Air Fryer
Air Fryer Fajitas Ingredients:
  • 250 g frozen Shrimp peeled and cooked
  • 300 g mixed peppers
  • 1 white onion
  • 2 Tbsp fajitas seasoning
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Peel and slice your white onion and slice your peppers.
  2. Load both the peppers and onion into a mixing bowl with your fajitas seasoning and frozen shrimp.
  3. Toss everything in the bowl with your hands until everything is well mixed.
  4. Load your shrimp fajitas into the air fryer and cook for 8 minutes at 180c/360f.
  5. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

  • Seasonings. You can make your own homemade fajitas seasoning or you can use a premixed jar. You can also add soft cheese to the fajitas after they have been cooked for a creamy fajitas recipe.
  • Preheat. I recommend that you don’t do a preheat in this recipe. That is because the shrimp will get too hot too soon and will overcook.
