Air Fryer Potato Slices Ingredients:
- 400 g white potatoes
- 2 Tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp rosemary
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Thinly slice your potatoes into air fryer potato rounds.
- Load the potatoes into a bowl with seasoning and extra virgin olive oil.
- Toss with your hands until the potatoes are well coated.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer and cook for 12 minutes at 180c/320f.
- Shake the air fryer basket and cook for a further 5 minutes at 200c/400f.
- Serve.

Notes
- Crispy. If you would like more crisp on your sliced potatoes, then I recommend you add a little spray of extra virgin olive oil 3 minutes before the end of the cook time.
- Quantities. Avoid filling the air fryer past the ¾ mark. As the potatoes will stick together and you wont have a wonderful crisp on the potatoes.
