Ingredients
- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 370 °F (190°C). Wash the potatoes and dry them well with a paper towel.
- Lightly coat the potato with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Air fry at 370°F for 15 minutes, shaking halfway. In the meantime, in a small bowl, combine the oil with the garlic and spices.
- Gently flatten the cooked potatoes using a glass or potato masher and return them to the basket in a single layer.
- Mix the oil with the garlic and spices, and with the help of a kitchen brush spread over the potatoes.
- Cook at 400 F for about 10 minutes until crispy.
- Serve hot with a sprinkle of salt.
