Ingredients
- 1-2 1-inch thick Ribeye, New York, or Tri Tip Steaks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper
Garlic Herb Butter
- ¼ cup softened butter
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon fresh Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare the 1-2 1-inch thick Ribeye, New York, or Tri Tip Steaks by rubbing them with 1 tablespoon olive oil on each side.
- Rub the 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper on each side of the steaks.
- Add the steaks to the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, turning over after 6 minutes for medium. Let the steak rest for 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the ¼ cup softened butter, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, and 1 teaspoon fresh parsley. serve the steaks smothered in the garlic butter.
