Ingredients
- 1 cup flank steak cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- ⅓ teaspoon granulated garlic garlic powder works as well
- ⅓ teaspoon cumin
- ⅓ teaspoon Coriander
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380F (5 minutes). Pour olive oil, and soy sauce into the bag, and add spices. Stir.
- Put the steak pieces in the bag and mix everything. Leave on for 5-7 minutes (or longer).
- Transfer the steak pieces to the air fryer basket and fry for 7 minutes.
- After 7 minutes, the steak looks ready, however, you need to mix it and cook for another 3 minutes.
- After 3 minutes, the air fryer steak bites can be transferred to a plate and served.
Notes
- Though the flank steak will look cooked after seven minutes, keep it in the air fryer and cook for the additional three.
- Any neutral oil will work but avocado oil has a high heat point.
- Store them in the fridge for 3-5 days.
- Reheat the steak bites in the air fryer for a few minutes or stovetop on low to medium heat.
