Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs. sirloin steak (or use your favorite cut of steak)
  • 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 4 Tablespoons butter salted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon parsley optional, freshly chopped

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F. Cut the steak in 1-inch pieces. Place the steak bites in a large bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil and season with a pinch each of salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Place the steak bites into the air fryer basket and spread out evenly in one layer.
  2. Air Fry for 4 to 6 minutes, or until steak is cooked to your desired temperature. You do not need to flip them while they’re cooking.
  3. Meanwhile, melt the salted butter in a large skillet. Add the garlic and cook over medium heat until fragrant. Add the Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and cooked steak bites to skillet. Stir the steak bites into the garlic butter sauce for about one minute.
  4. Remove from heat and sprinkle on the chopped parsley (if desired.) Serve bites immediately and enjoy!
